1. This electronic counting and bottling machine counting accurately with integrated photoelectrical and micro computer system. Without replacement or adjustment of any parts, it’s countable products include tablet, capsule, pill, softgel and transparent capsule. The size of discharge nozzle is customized according to bottle size. It equipped with high speed MPU and dynamic graphic display operation system, all the parameters can be set up on it.
2. Chips of sensor customized by USA famous company, control system precision and concise. To compare with other factory’s products, it’s more suitable for multi-channels. Whole electrical control system is composed of sensor box and control box, and all of them are enclosed, as consequence easy to be replaced and maintained – need 10 minutes for trained worker only.
3. Applicable bottle size 10-500ml. All the parts contacting with materials are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel. Counting speed can reach to 6500 pieces per minute. Highest quantity for each bottle can be set up as 99999 pieces. The pre-storage device on each channel increase counting efficiency and speed. Counting error rate lower than 1/10000 bottle, noise lower 70dB. Counting method is to vibrate capsules with vibration machine, and vibration frequency can be set up and quickly adjusted through human-machine interface. Capsule sliding track adopt 3 layers stepped construction, capsules open the distance with each other according to program setup, avoid capsules overlap.
4. Adopt 3 section dust collection design, sensor complement light automatically according to how much the dust is. Excessive dust will be cleaned automatically, do not need to stop machine to clean the window of sensor. Dustproof device can avoid dust into cylinder.
5. LCD screen display parameter and operation status, with self fault diagnosis function. Pre-programmed computer with memory which can save the production parameter up to 30 groups of products, and the memory can be increased to 100 groups. System can record, save and print production information of each batch, and can export the data for checking.
6. Equipped with automatic counting error elimination system, ensure more accuracy, failure rate lower than 0.1‰, and the most failure is just 1 piece. With broken piece rejection function.
7. Equipped with powder recycling pipeline. Easy to disassembly, clean and maintain. Failure automatically diagnosed, alarmed and displayed in time.

Discharge height can be adjusted on touch screen conveniently to fit to different height of bottles.
